Tesco have submitted four planning applications for the Kelsey Arms site. The supermarket does not need planning permission for the change of use from a pub to a shop. However they are planning to extend the ground floor and convert the first floor to three flats. Eight parking spaces are proposed for shoppers at the front and three at the back for the flats. The deadline for comments is May 30th.
